It is hard to comment on your top, middle, and crown loss from these photos. if they are thin, you can add hair, but shock loss is a possible.

The advantage of FUE is you can wear your hair any length. The main problem now appears to be the frontal hairline and yes, you are a fantastic candidate based on your age and degree of hair loss.

I think we can bring you back to a norwood 1. Do you want the temples done only or do you want to bring the middle down too? The top and crown are difficult to judge based on the photos. we can add some hair here, but don't do too much if possible. This will reduce your risk of shock loss. Shock loss is not permanent.
