Dear Doctor:

I'm looking for recommendations/suggestions.

I received 200 micrografts back in 1993. I've been taking propecia and using minoxidil since 1997, but to no avail (has only slowed down the balding process).

I now realize that 200 grafts were useless, but the transplant doctor at the time promised that it would fill in and that would do me. It was only when I returned for a check-up that he informed me that I would need additional work and that the grafts would have to come from the sides. Little did I now.

The 200 grafts were mostly placed on the right side of my crown, with a few placed in the front.

Goals

I'm interested in removing the transplants so I can my buzz my crown.

Any suggestions or approaches ? I live in the Washington, D.C. area, but I'll travel anywhere to remedy my case.

Questions

1) How much would it cost ?

2) Can it all be done in one session?

3) What do you think is a realistic plan or goal for me?
